Library
The Library has a wide range of books covering aspects of the Christian faith, the Bible, spiritual life and prayer. There is also a good selection of children's books. Browse and borrow in the Dilworth Room during coffee after the Parish Communion Service. |
The bell ringers contribute to the worship at St Mary's by ringing on Sundays, or weddings and on other occasions. There is a strong mixed team but those wishing to learn are always welcome.

House Groups
Several house groups meet fortnightly or monthly in private homes for study and discussion of the Christian way of life. Some groups are well-established although newcomers are always welcome and new groups can be formed as needed.
Sunday Evening Prayer Group
A small group meeting for informal prayer in church on Sunday evenings. The group is open to all. |

Hospital Chapel Team
Once a month a group from St Mary's leads or assists with the Sunday Half-hour Service in the Chapel of Bedford's South Wing hospital |

Knit & Natter meets on Wednesday afternoons from 2.00 to 4.00 pm
in St Mary’s Small Hall, to chat and share ideas
while we knit, sew, crochet, make cards etc., etc. Craft & Chat meets on Friday afternoons from 1.30 to 3.30 pm to make craft items. |
